P.S. Hey Harry, the latest thing is the ACLU is going to try to help
repeal some parts of the Patriot Act!

I think Rudy G. will be the new AG. He played a large role in writing the
RICO statutes...and they've held up to repeated attacks by the ACLU. I
suspect he'd be able to "tweak" the Patriot Act enough that it remains
nearly in its current form.
