In his debate, Bush clearly stated that the all volunteer military is
working just fine and there will be no draft. I am willing to bet that

will be a draft in Bushes term (if he lasts the full term). How about
$100.00 per bet. I'll tenativly go with ten of you ($1,000.00). I will
send
my money to a third party that is trusted, or any method that will insure
safety for both of us. If you agree to the bet, I will send first (money
order, cashiers check or whatever works). The third party will let you
know
the funds are there and when they recieve your money the bet is on. Lets
see
how confident you really are in your new president.
