about encouraging the starting of a new NG "rec.boats.political".

But, that probably would not solve the problem of political posts in
"rec.boats" because at least some of the political posters would still

in "rec.boats".

So, how about someone starting "rec.boats.non-political" which would be a
NG for boaters to make postings having nothing to do with politics?
