I'll come clean on this one Gilligan..... I'm at war with the next door
neighbour. I need to set up a system with enough volume to disturb every
animal within a 3 mile radius that can hear sound above man's audible range.
I want to pulse this 24/7 at high volume in hopes of driving this asshole
insane.

Now... I've been doing some research but can't decide on if I should go with
extremely low sound waves like an elephant's.... or ultra high frequency
like a bat's.
I've secured a pair of really big loud speakers.... they look like air raid
siren units... about 4 feet across. I can hide them in the trees. A buddy of
mine has an old theater amp he can give me.
Question is... can I get this to work? .....Or maybe a Hydraulic "Thumper"
to generate repeated impacts sufficiently close to his residence might be an
option? Another option might be a diesel genset.... run it for long a while
and shut it down ... just when he gets used to the silence and starts
relaxing...start it back up again.

To date I've been starting the chainsaw at 0700hrs on every Saturday/Sunday
morning I've been at home .. it's legal.. and it's next to his bedroom
window...about 20 feet away. 3 hours of cutting wood and he's on his deck
vibrating like a mental patient. He was trying to sell his house last month
and I posted the edge of our property with "Caution Radon Gas Zone" signs. I
heard the asking price dropped by 40K so far.

What started this you ask???.... the prick filed several complaints, all at
once, about us having chickens in the country and the rooster crowing....
we're 450 yards away from his house behind a friggin hill and a forest!! If
you can't stand the smell of manure and the sound of roosters..stay in the
frickin' city! ****in' Martha Steward Livin' weiner!

Other than that little item... I'm doing quite well.... thought I would
check in to see what was up. It's all politics on ASA these days.... must be
the excitement of the election. I'm bettin' Bush by a nose.

I have been told that prolonged exposure to such "sound" has deleterious
effects on a person's mental state. I don't know if that is true.

I hoping to keep the raccoons out of the garbage.
