While primarily populated by Americans, this is an unmoderated global
environment - it does not belong exclusively to Americans. Stick to
the unmoderated aspect.

I've often wondered why more posters don't recognize that fact. Or
what would happen if the Brits, Aussies or Albanians invaded and
posted a ton of OT stuff to rec.boats. What would the reaction be
then? :)
