blowing 25~35 with 9~12' waves. It was
rough enough on the lower bay.

Those conditions would be perceived as very threatening by a wimp.


Not really sure. I'm told the waves on the ocean are not as close /
choppy as on the shallower bay. Someday I'll find out.



The very fact that a "plan B" exists makes it unlikely that the
initial
objective will be met.
