Sure he did...but he was diplomatic about it. If Bush was never asked that

question in a White House press conference, that lady would have never asked
it.
That's why Bush responded with:
"That's what you're-- when they ask about
making mistakes, that's what they're talking about".
He didn't even just
evade the question (as often happens by all politicians). Instead he
basically
told the woman that she didn't know what she was trying to ask, and
corrected
her about her own question.
She was just parroting what she heard liberal pundits saying.
