probably see a picture of *some* sort of vehicle burning.

IMHO, british=poor quality.... and that includes high priced crap like
Rolls Royce .... the last one I rode in squeaked like a buggy and Land
Rover....



That's a pretty broad brush you are using there Gene.

I can list not one but thousands of defects in American made products
resulting in property damager or physical injury. Does one then conclude
that all American products are crap?



Well, I for sure would be a little hesitant buying their diesel subs !
