I go home to a house on a lake upon which I sail frequently. I also
have my boat in Sausalito, which is pretty damn nice.

No matter what your boating platform is you will still go home to your
undersized but overpriced N.Y. POS walkup apartment. I'll continue to

on my little 30 footer and go home to my fabulous home in the country.
