At the bottom where I saw the phones go is about 4 feet of goo.. no recovery
possible.
Bummer... the insurance wouldn't cover it unless they produced the phone.

About as smart as keeping a cell phone in your shirt pocket. So far,
I've seen two people drop them in the water.
Yelp that happened to the welders helper working on the crewboat in
the next slip. He recovered it and said he had insurance.
I think a Brass anchor keychain says much about power boaters.
All that matter to them is image. Sort of like the greek fishermen
hats.
