Make that Tuesday. The device is sold separately in Europe from the suit or
a life jacket not as part of either one as I first thought. It is made in
the UK, and has not been approved for use in the USA. Given the latter the
people at the school who have that video did not provide me with a name.
You might find it in Practical Boat Owner however.
