PHRF-New England gives a base rating for a Fisher Island FR as 129. The
PHRF-NE rating Fisher Island MH as 111. Are these the same as the Fisher 37
that you reference?
A Cabot 36 gets a base rating of 186.

Doug, you're really an idiot. I've sailed the 37 and it will go to windward if
it's blowing above 12-13 knots. Not terribly high, but windward it is.
