I did not state any such thing. I said you do not *seem* to have done
any research on your own. I got that impression from your original
post because it lacked any comment about what resources you had
already availed yourself of, gave no clue you were aware of a
hurricane season, and did not acknowledge Jeannette's post about the
Baja Bash which is a good reference even though it covers only part of
the route and is confined to near shore.

We have
sailed and cruised for over 20 years now and use ALL sources
available. That includes this board and anything else available. We
are SSCA members for 15 years and have all their resources available.
We use them all. Nothing is more favorable that those that have been
there and done that. And I am sure there are some that visit this
board. So we will post questions here from time to time to gather
additional information. That does not mean we do not also look
elsewhere. Thanks for your input. Chuck

It seems you have a lot more experience than I have or (unfortunately)
will ever get. I apologize for seeming to have jumped on you. I
tried to be polite to someone that appeared to me to have little
experience but was willing to jump off the deep end.
