You miss my point. It's the fact that you feel the need to **announce**

whom
you killfile that generates the H8.

Then maybe they should start following the rules, then there wouldn't be a
problem, right?

On three different levels. First, it
assumes that everyone else isn't smart enough to figgure out for

themselves
who their own personal troublemakers are.

And how does this affect you again?

Secondly, you're missing out (or
exploiting) the facet of human nature that would assume that people don't
really *want* to be killfiled. Therefore if your intent was *just* to "not
read" these people, you could do it in silence, spare feelings, and not

come
off as just another "net nannie".

Naw. Since you think people don't want to be kill filed, don't you think its
only fair for me to let them know why?

And thirdly you do it in such a pompous
"above it all" manner that you come across more as "little Tommy Ray-gun"
standing on a big hill saying "I got YOU, and YOU, and YOU - that you come
across not as part of the community here. An outsider little kid just
looking for attention.

I couldn't care less about attention, but I do like the rest of your
analogy.

And you mean there is a "community" here? Care to explain just who that is?
Are *you* speaking for the group...again? And if so, which group? The trolls
and OT posters, or those of us dedicated to boating?

I don't care whom you listen to, I do feel that your constant bleating
**about** your killfile is as disruptive to the overall forum and decorum

as
the extant problems you claim to be interested in solving.

I don't agree. When people see someone standing up, and openly attacking the
problem, that may give them the power to help, or do something as well.

Why can't you
just killfile in silence? It accomplises all your **stated** objectives.
Unless of course, getting extra attention is one of your background
objectives. Think......

I've already explained that.

Unless you build yourself a reputation as a "one trick pony". You remind

me
of the guy that goes to the meeting and then spends ALL NIGHT picking

apart
Roberts Rules of Order and fails to ever adress the core reason the

meeting
was assembled.

And you remind me of the little twerp who hangs around the "big dogs", in a
feeble effort to be part of the "team", even tho you're not wanted. You
remind me of that little yippee cartoon dog, jumping back and forth over the
bull dogs back, yipping "What are we going to do now Spike, what are we
going to do!?"

Think about what you are doing...

You are defending those who are wrong. I don't understand why you don't take
your fight to those who violate the rules here. You are on me because I'm
fighting them. Your actions make no sense at all.

I didn't make it up, I just *repeated* it.

You stated it. You didn't say "I heard it" or "someone said"...*you* said
it, and it was a lie, that makes you a liar.

It's been said here many times before.

Bull. I've never heard that before. But again, it may be coming from those
flunkies who are already kill filed, but if that's where you heard it, that
only shows me how ignorant you really are.

While it's possibly a lie, it's made
more credible in that you present as a full time OSU student as opposed to
someone out there actually in the workforce.

(yawn) I'm not a full time student. Are you of those idiots, who if left to
repeat lies long enough, you actually believe them? Or do you just simply
pull crap from your ass?

And it also speaks to the fact
that you seem very sheltered as to how the "real world" works and how

people
react to varied stimulus.

I'm not sheltered at all. Folks who break the rules get pointed out, and I
kill them...its that simple.

Again, you show your intelligence by defending the folks in the "real world"
who regularly, continually, and purposely disrupt the group, and don't
follow rules.

Lastly, the boat itself has the "look and feel" of
an overly funded Science Fair project as opposed to a singular "grass

roots"
effort.

Thanks! Ill take that as a compliment. As a high-performance boat builder
for 25 years, I have always prided myself on attention to detail,
professional work, and buying the best materials. I'm glad the boat turned
out so well...I took turbine maintenance, and theory classes before starting
the project, and those schoolings have obviously paid off.

And coming full circle.... the boat itself has the "hey! come look
at me!!" flavor about it that I'm alleging your "Ill killfile YOU and YOU
and YOU!" posts have.

LOL! I hardly ever talk about my boat here...were do you get this crap?

The red boat was an R & D project...I don't take it out at peak hours, and
in fact, much prefer a lazy day around the lake in the ski boat these days.
But so what about folks who are the "look at me" type? Many, many boaters
build their boat as an extensions of their personalities, and that comes
with big motors, and loud paint jobs. Again...so what? "Look at me" folks
are everywhere, and it comes in many flavors...cars, boats, planes,
motorcycles, houses, and even clothes. It's also a sign of success in many
cases. It seems to me the only people who ever complain about the "look at
me" crowd, are those who are not in it, and jealous.

You need to quit being a puppet, and start thinking for your self. You need
to step back, and take a look at what you're doing. You are defending the
problem here, because you are either too scared, or too dumb to separate
yourself from all the political "big dogs" you are trying to run, and be
chummy with.

Now take a hard look at the name of this group...now you think...
