Only if you have the nads to back it up.

The NYC protestors would have been within thier rights to stop the
unlawful arrests.

State code cites please? And should I remember this the next time I
see a liquor store robbery in progress and the robber claims its an
unlawful arrest and he is only shooting in self defense to prevent an
unlawful arrest?
