BULL****! No order to fire was given. The guard panicked.
(Admittedly they were poorly trained, and had no business
on campus)

Of course no order to fire was given. And as Ive previously noted..if
Im attacked by a mob, Im not going to wait for a fire order.

As to having no business on campus..when an area is under riot
conditions, that is exactly what the Guard is for.

Furthermore..visa vis your unsolicited emails..you have been blocked.

I further suggest that in your emails, where you claim that they were
fatigued from days of responding to other riots..yes, it likely
contributed to the general feeling of fear for their lives.

For which the participants in the other riots also share the blame.
