I need to redo the o-rings on my lower unit. I'm getting some milky
looking mixture out when I change the lower unit oil, so I know water
is getting in.

Two questions: Is there a common single o-ring that causes this or do
I just need to replace them all?

If so, can someone tell me what the sizes of all the o-rings are?

I don't want to buy the kit of o-rings that I'm finding at most of the
repair shops. Their price seems high for just a bag of o-rings... I
might be able to find the individual o-rings myself for a lot cheaper
if I knew what size and quantity they are.

There are 2 ways how water can get in:

1. around the propeller shaft
2. around the drive shaft (from the top)

Thanks Matt. I've worked on cars a whole lot but I've never had one
of these babies apart. Probably not too different except for the
seals are just o-rings. I'll check both the drive shaft seals and the
prop seal. Thanks.
