We owned a '68 28ft Luhrs sport fisherman with a single 318 Chrysler Crown.
Was a great boat would plane at 10 knots but everything above the fiberglass
hull is a sandwich of plywood and fiberglass. So I doubt there will be much
in good shape above the hull but if you have the desire it is a great hull
design. You will find 500lbs of lead in the bilge just ahead of the cabin
helm....so if you think it is sitting a little nose heavy this is why.
