Looks to me like he was AWOL for eight years.

How is someone AWOL from when they are no longer required to
participate in Reserve activities? He was subject to recall, but that
doesn't make him AWOL.


But I don't understand. Whacko liberals like Michael Moore have been
saying that President George W. Bush was AWOL for those very same
reasons.
