Just a quick question for people.
W/ the growing popularity of larger and larger towable (Ie - the Great Big
Mable) Is it "safe" to use the ski pylon for pulling it - or would the 2
mooring hooks on the back of the boat be better?
W/ the Big Mable w/ 4 or 5 people on it - it seems to create just a ton of
pull. Id hate to bend or break or just stress the pylon too much.
What do most of u guys do?
BTW - My boat is a 03 Tige 22v Riders edition.
Thanks

I'd call Tige or read the book (ok, reading the book is always the last
resort). Also, just for reference, the tube doesn't pull, the boat does. Not
sure if these boats have thrust ratings but that would be the max load the
pylon (or other tow eye) would ever see in smooth water... understandably, the
tige will pull pretty hard.
