I was never a fan of her brand of commercialized music, but it's hard to not
like Cher, and the movies mentioned, where she was a worthy co-star. She
did a brief performance on TV years ago..... maybe on Johnny Carson, or...?
She sang the Leon Russell classic, "A Song For You." It was the most
extraordinary, electrifying one-song performance I've ever seen, bar none.
Worth finding, if a video still exists.
If anyone bothers to search, and actually finds it, I'd love to have the
link. I promise I'll view it from the laptop, on my BOAT.
