White and Bush?

That too These are dangerous waters for me. I have been dating a
Cuban gal for several years who is green eyed and very fair skinned.
Looks like any other European. Her daughter, who is a blue eyed
blonde who has never spent a day in a public school or had a
disadvantaged day in her life was admitted to a prestigious university
ahead of other, in some cases more qualified, "anglo" candidates
because she was able to check the "hispanic" box. Frankly, that is
just BS. This gal is now engaged and her fiance was joking, I think,
with me that he can hardly wait to have some "minority children."

This "set aside" business is a bunch of nonsense, at least the way it
is currently being used to favor some groups to the obvious detriment
of others. Needless to say that opinion is not widely shared or
appreciated in this social circle. I may as well jump up and shout
"Viva Fidel!" Actually I probably will someday.
