Yeah, some of my co-workers boat/fish primarily in Del Bay. Seems like on
most days the wind aligns itself with the river/bay and really tosses.

I've gone outside a few times, off the south end of LBI
When sailing the Delaware, I stay North of Philadelphia mostly,
although it
gets crowded and crazy. Why? You planning to sail the bay? It can
get pretty
rough.
