On the 'Poco Loco' out of Deale, MD,
on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay!

Standard technique, dipstick. Works on kingfish and spanish macks all up
and down the southern Eastern seaboard. Typically, you slow troll with a
live cigar minnow, but, if you don't have any, and Spanish are around, a
slow-trolled shiny spoon will attract them, if they are in the area. You
can also cast the spoons to where the Spanish (but usually blues) are
chasing bait. In Florida, I usually used small Clarks spoons, but the
bait store I visited Saturday was out, and the proprietor suggested
Drones spoons. They worked.

Herring, you don't know **** from Shine-ola about catching fish. The
only time you boat any is when you have some old fart on board who can
give you step-by-step directions.
