I've never
claimed to be an engineer in anything. I said I studied at one of
the best
Engineering schools in the country, and I did. (according to US
News &
World
Reports 2005 "America's Best Colleges" Lehigh is tied with Yale
and
Dartmouth in Engineering. I've had enough science to ace the
teaching
science and technology exams (2 separate certs), but most of what
I know
comes from working so many years as a technician with mechanical
engineering
firms. Before teaching, my job had always been to show engineers
where
they
went wrong. They're not a lot different than high school kids.
