Well this sale went south!

The purchase was contingent on a inspection being done, well when they
pulled the boat out of the water this morning we found tons of
blisters and missing gel coating. Also the mechanic says the rubber
below's on the outboard need to be replaced and they run about $1500
because of all the labor involved.

So I am back to looking for moorage, then I will find a boat... thanks
for all the help guys... I am gonna go drink away the pain
