As usual you have no friggin' clue about the subject... you don't have the
faintest idea of the logistics or development required to set up these
units.

If you did have any notion whatsoever regarding Arctic Exploration and
Geo-Thermally Sensitive Soils in the Permafrost Regions.... let alone the
scope of the project and it's wide ranging effect on the Flora & Fauna ....
you wouldn't once agin find yourself waxing idiotic on this topic.
