It is much more likely that your boat will be ransacked by an
individual, born to an un-wed mother who couldn't afford to raise (him
or her) properly. or had been "Left behind" in education and is now
unemployable.

Ransacking boats and selling the ill gotten items is the way they have
to live. They aren't well enough off to be on the water in entertainment
mode

They exist because they weren't saved from a life of crime by abortion.
Now they have to be maintained by the taxpayers (Middle class) The "BLUE
COLLAR" job they might have had disappeared oversea,
