This is an off the wall thought, but might be worth looking at (and more apt to
cost money).
If you're at a port that employs Tugboats for ship assist and pilots, contact
them and see if anyone within their organizations might be doing this all
ready, or willing to take it on as a side job.
Guaranteed you might learn more than you bargained for.
