Vang It !
To be more specific used to stead the peak of a gaff or a derrick to theside
of theship to control slewing. Originally a term used in moving cargo. Now
referred to as a 'guy.' But when you think about it that's what our type of
vang does so it's a perfect choice for a new use of a very old term.
