Advisor? Sounds like a bad choice on Bu****'s part. Time for

Reagan began arming the Afgans. He was fighting the cold war
remember? Carter was mostly fighting the economy.

Clinton made a very serious attempt to get Bin Laden. After the
Cole bombing he was looking for an excuse to invade Afganistan.
Tenet, the CIA and FBI couldn't agree on who was to blame. If
he had invaded anyway, he would have been accused of wagging
the dog, which is what he *was* accused of when he bombed
the training camps with 60 or so cruise missles.

Get your facts straight or shut up.

(like hundreds) in Tulsa, Oklahoma between 1985-1990's? I'm amazed when
Condy Rice said in the hearings on 9/11 that she didn't have any idea that
there were so many Arabs (mostly Saudia Arabia) taking flight lessons in
the
United States. All she had to do was ask me, not that I hadn't been
commenting on that subject in the late 80's to anyone who would listen! I
was approached back then to acquire a Boeing 737 or 747, can't remember
which now, but I emphatically told them no! There was this other rich
Muslim guy that started dating a friend (or should I say using a friend)
to
get me to let him learn how to fly in one on my aircraft. Funny that he
wasn't interested in how to take-off and land. They picked me up to go to
dinner one night in his brand new Beamer, and I happen to glance down in
the
back seat and notice a gas credit card slip. I asked if this was his, and
he said sure, then I asked him why he told me his name was something other
than what he originally told me. He didn't really come up with a good lie
for that one.

When 9/11 happened, I wasn't surprised at all to learn that most of the
pilots were from Saudi Arabia.

My point is, Bush was in on this "conspiracy" from the middle 1980's?

What about the policy to arm and support Afghan rebels that started in the
Carter administration? Why didn't Clinton make a serious effort to go
after
al-Qaida after the 1998 embassy bombings in East Africa?

BTW just got back from the pub....there was a dickhead there who
actually believed that Bush would save the world.....dickhead!

I think it's too late for any human on earth to save this world now. :-(
