Default Sorry Sick *******s

Well, that's the problem. It's easy to single out something that's
obvious.

Yes it is, It was odvious he stole the car and tried to aviod getting
caught.
He was caught Red Handed. Someone saw and reported him stealing it. He
used approx 10 grand of public money fleeing from the cops for over
30min.

What if it's not quite so obvious? Then, you leave it
up to the cop to make a judgement call.

No you do not. Cops go to jail every day. Im sure the guy who got
caught smacking the thief will be punished. Still I stand by what I
said.
" I think every car thief should be smaked in the face at least a
dozen time with a flashlight" Not suspected thief, but thief.

Seems car thiefs here that are caught usually get a 3 year sentence
and are out walking the streets again in 6 mo. In other words IF the
guy got caught that stole my truck he would of spent less time in jail
than I did working to earn the money to buy the truck. And on top of
that taxpayers would of been shafted with a 5000 dollar bill for due
process costs. He would of had a stay in a clean warm cell with TV,
Drugs, Cokes, Pop corn, weight room, free education, counceling,
exercise room, 3 square meals a day, medical care ect.........

While I have to head back offshore, stand out in the freezing rain
offloading a boat in 10 foot seas, eat cold food because it to rough
to cook, get beat half to death flying across the waves at 25 knots be
away from friends and family, miss out on 200 days ashore just because
some sorry ass usless MF steals instead of works.

Perhaps if we made a mandatory sentence of being smaked in the face
with a flashlight a dozen times these thiefs might think twice before
stealing.

Do you think that thief would of hesitated for one second killing
someone if he knew he would of gotten away scot free? I mean he came
close to hitting several cars while trying to flee.

Then, you have the
potential of an innocent person going to jail or worse. It's better
to free 10 guilty people that an innocent person should go to
jail.

I agree. But if it looks, walks and quacks like a duck, smells like a
duck and 50 experts tell you its a duck. It's most likely a duck.

That's the American way. That's justice and equality.

No American justice was when a horse thief was caught red handed
stealing a horse and they strung them up on the nearest tree.

It might feel good to beat someone to a pulp for stealing a
car, but it isn't what this country is about.

Our country is about Justice for all. Including victims.

Thank god what comes around goes around in spite of our "justice"
system.

Take OJ for instance. He beat our system, but everyone knows he
murdered 2 people. He living the life he made for himself. If I ever
see him I will do all I can to set him off, and Im sure there are 100
of thousands of other that do the same.

Look at Jeff Dauimer, came back to him did it not?

The car thief just got a small taste of what he most likely dished out
every day.

Well, that's about par for your course. No one deserves to be
treated that way. I suppose you know for sure that the car thief
is really a thief. He doesn't need a judge and jury, just a cop
and a club.

He was caught fleeing in the stolen car, did you not see the 30 min.
chase live on TV? I thought you CA people stopped everything for a
live chase on TV.
I have a deep distain for auto thiefs. Once I bought a very nice
truck, Ford w a new balanced and blueprinted 351 cleverland 3 speed on
the colum Emron paint Crager SS rims it was sweet paid cash and had it
stolen within a week. I was out 15K. Where is my justice?

I worked my butt off and stayed offshore for 200 days to make enough
cash to buy the truck. Not only that I had a weeks worth of grocerys
in the truck.
Guess its just to bad for me huh? Who cares just as long as a crack
addicted thief get his due process even when he is caught red handed
the tax payers need to pay several grand more to give him his due
process huh. If I had caught the thief I would do allot more than beat
him with a flashlight.

And, that's what the religious right is doing in this country..

violence
against women, against minorities, against regular citizens in the

US,
and against foreigners in the name of "Christianity."

Whats wrong Jonathan did that cop that beat the snot out of that car
thief with in maglight **** you off?

I think every car thief should get at least 12 wacks with a
flashlight in the face.

Seems you guys in CA have some very angry policemen. And I thought
Houston cops had an attitude

How sick are these dirtbags, just heard they chopped off the S.
Korean's head.
I bet they were chanting God is great when they did it.

People who do horrible things tend to do it with an

"endorsement"
from
their
god.

RB

Real knowledge of God and religion is spread by perfect and

complete
knowledge alone, never by violence and terrorism.

When religion spreads by violence instead of complete knowledge

then
it actually becomes the antithesis of religion itself ~ it becomes
sinful activity.

Thats is what todays jihad fanatics are doing to islam, they

embrace
what suits their purpose, yet ignore the rest.
