long before you see smoke pouring from the companionway. You manage to

below and it seems the fire has spread to the curtains and cushions with
shocking speed. You reach for the fire extinguisher and IT DOESN'T work.
The
liner is now starting to catch and the smoke is too much to stay below.
Your
boat is BURNING with alarming speed.
No Handheld or raft, no bucket handy and no one in sight.
