Oh, and I know what you are thinking - It is just the same stupid line over
and over again. Well, Ha, wrong again. Each boat at City Island is issued an
official black rubber stretchy thing to wrap the line around. Even though they
are the most lubberly thing in the world, the local city council just loves
'em!
