Next tackle will be the banning of plastic shopping bags.

Ours decompose...I euse the things until they aren't reusable anymore...they
must be of a more degradable material....I'm all for banning the plastic
thingies that go around canned soft drinks and canned beer...things not only
don't degrade, but they strangle animals...I try to always cut them up if I
buy anything that uses them....
