The respective clocks may run at different rates but would any sequence of
events be different to the people on earth and the people traveling?
Did you know that time is latitude dependent on the surface of the earth?
Clocks at the equator run slower relative to clocks at the poles.

I never said back and forth in time.
If a crew left earth and traveled at the speed of light, time here on
earth would be different from time the crew lives in. BIG Difference.
