You can sit behind your keyboard and tell fairy tales all you want. I'm 6'3 210
presently with real muscle mass, little man. I'm back to running 4 days a week
amd I never drink or smoke. If you're not doing the road work, you're not in
shape; doesn't matter what you weigh. If you drink and smoke even the road work
is a waste.
You could not hack it and quite frankly, I doubt you could keep up with Suzanne
either, though her 6th month of pregnancy is forcing her to slow down for now.
