Navvie is of course supremely qualified, but as for the rest IFAIK Joe
and 'otnmbrd' are the only regulars with USCG licenses. Upon discharge
from Uncle Sam's canoe club, I was handed a steam engineers license but
have never used it (no steam cars any more).

Pensacola is a pretty good place for sailing.
