Yes. Take one average 30+ ft. piece of plastic and cover it over with a
tarp. Have a few months of rain, snow, sleet etc accumulate...along comes
April adn three out-of-season heat days...crawl under that tarp and enter
that cabin...you could grow mushrooms in there if you had dirt enough!
