How many "stepping stones" have you had (I almost slipped up by saying

But unlike you I enjoyed them and each fit my quickly changing lifestyle. When

Good grief, Bob! You don't have to justify yourself to me. In fact,
I'd really prefer that you didn't.
The Pearson
was a boat I could afford,
Sadly, I believe you.....
and was not oversized for my needs.
You've put on some weight since then.
The C&C was a
lucky break...
I thought that it only became available due to the ill health, and
subsequent death, of the precious owner!
a chance to own a better boat for virtually nothing while I
planned for a much bigger boat. Now with a baby on the way, the bigger, faster
C&C will also fit in. I still miss that old little Catalina at times. And I
made money on every boat I've owned and gained tremendous experience that you
missed.
Well done. I envy you. I can see that there are some advantages in
being a heartless bast*rd.
