Don't do it, love. The headquarters to Halliburton used to be in Duncan,
Oklahoma, only 30 minutes where I live. I used to contract with them about
five years ago. While Donal was bitching about "US American's" getting all
of these contracts, I said, phooey, my life is not worth those big bucks.
I stand in awe of all of the military that's in Iraq, not to mention the
many civilians trying to make Iraq a better place, and they are being
kidnapped and slaughered...not sure what to make out of it anymore. I want
out of Iraq, let them build all of those roads and bridges that were
destroyed, not to mention building water and other basic needs. I'm about
to say, screw them, let them have a civial war without us! I want my tax
dollars back! You just don't bite the hand that feeds you...

I wonder if they allow you to carry weapons on duty?
Either way... I can't be away from my parents for that length of time
right
now.

| KBR is Kellog Brown & Root, a sub. of Halliburton. Based here in
| Houston. You can find lots of info on the net Im sure. They have been
| running full page ads in the employment section of the Houston
| Cronicle. Rumor is they have 200 workers trying to get out of Iraq.
