How about my wild and unsupported claim that the suicide rate is
way up for our troops in Iraq... no real reason to go to war, and
now we're paying for it.

I should think the kind of mentality that weighs potential lost lives from
a
gas attack from a country that had no compunctions about using gas in the
past against the potential risks of using a drug the effects of which were
not fully known. Unfortunately, the military folks making that judgment
didn't have the benefit of hindsight.
Or you can buy Jonathan's wild and unsupported claims that "profit is a
great motivator," and everybody was on the take from drug companies over a
15 year period spanning 3 presidents.
