Prior to the Supoerbowl, it was stated to be

One would have to ask, if it wasn't planned , then why the chrome pastie.



Jackson has admitted that the stunt was a last minute decision made by her and
Timberlake, clearing both MTV and CBS for now. State charges won't be filed
against them, but the FCC may still level fines.
