I have made a number of under water foils, including centerboards &
rudders, and worked on a number of others. Could easily include
"shaping" although when working from scratch, have always used standard
foil sections. In some cases, one-design rules have to be kept.

Now why, since you alway insist that sailing small boats is beneath your
