Default Rigging Tool Question

Joe,

I'll give you 3 points, but you forgot to
mention the whipping line sits on a spindle
at the end of the handle. That changes it
from a two many job to a one man job.

What is this tool used for? (1 pt)

Worming parcelling and serving

What does it look like? (1 pt)

Like a mallet but has a wood head that is grooved the size of the
line it's used on.

Just a guess, But WTF no deductions for getting it wrong.
