Took a peek at alt.sailing.asa today, and decided to step in here.
I'll go a little higher than Neal. I'll bet you a book of US postage
(20 self-adhesive 37 cent stamps, or whatever price they go up to
next year) that George W. Bush takes the Presidental oath and is
innaugurated again in January of 2005. You'll just have to trust
that I'll send it to you in the unlikely event that I lose the bet.
