You are one level above Burger King. You are not any sort of
management. You are
a secretary in a small organaisation who has been saddled with the
extra duty of
HR without any extra compensation. The organization is too small to
have a
separate HR person. You are also probably in charge of ordering
office supplies.
They just take adbvantage of you because it is so easy to do.
Careerwise, you
are nobody.
