I am not the receptionist. The receptionist's name is Nicole. I am the office manager/nad HR manager of the SNF and also the

manager of the independent and assisted living center which are on the same campus. The nursing facility is just one part of my

You are one level above Burger King. You are not any sort of management. You are
a secretary in a small organaisation who has been saddled with the extra duty of
HR without any extra compensation. The organization is too small to have a
separate HR person. You are also probably in charge of ordering office supplies.
They just take adbvantage of you because it is so easy to do. Careerwise, you
are nobody.
