School policy. However, in the last couple of years it has become
widespread. IMHO, you would have to be a bit twisted to even *think* that
such a video could be used for immoral purposes.

I really cannot imagine. The midwife told a large group of expectant
parents about her "camera ban". I think that the potential problem only
existed in her sick mind.
