The fact is I've nailed you big time on your BS and you owe me $10,000
dollars. It's only fair for this to matter to go to an independent third
party who will assess correspondence with Phil Bolger and Friends, my
design and the name of a micro cruise with an LPS less than 180 dgrees
(but more than the Bolger). Yes, I'd say (and I think everyone else
would say you've lost) your bet -which you instigated by the way. Your
